You'll need an account at your property before you can log in to the Single Digits ONE Home app or your resident portal.
If you received a Welcome email from Single Digits, follow the link to set your password and finish setting up your account.
If you didn't receive a Welcome email, connect to your Single Digits resident network. This will take you to your property's login page where you can create an account. Please make sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on your lease. As soon as you're finished, you'll receive the Welcome email with instructions on how to set your password.

Make sure to check the email address that is on your lease. If you don't see the Welcome email in your inbox, check your Spam folder to ensure it was not accidentally filtered there.
